I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by how great it was. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the ocean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic, as it was close to all the attractions and amenities the beach has to offer. it offered great value for the money and I would definitely stay here again.

The Palms Resort at Myrtle Beach was a great choice! The location was perfect, allowing easy access to everything we needed. The beach and ocean were fantastic. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and a spacious balcony with a stunning view. The grass lounge area with beds and umbrellas was a great place to relax. The 24-hour reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I would definitely return and hope to stay in the same room.

Great amenities and friendly staff! The pool area was clean and well-maintained. It was also nice to have a gym on site. The hotel was conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The noise level in the hotel was very high. I could hear doors slamming and people talking loudly in the hallway throughout the night.

Some of the facilities, such as the shower fans, were not well-maintained and showed signs of rust.

Our Christmas getaway was amazing! The oceanview room we had was stunning, and the beds were so comfortable. We also loved the kitchen appliances and utensils provided by the hotel, making it easy for us to cook and have meals in the room. The location of the hotel was perfect too, with easy access to nearby attractions and entertainment.

The room service staff was not very friendly. We had a few issues with their unresponsiveness during our stay.
